The center wall is way too thick, takes up too much valuable space and adds unnrcessry weight. I plan to remove the top 2x4 and replace it with a 1x2 or 2x2 brace on top and remove the burnside walls on both sides. I will have much bigger cavity and a muc lighter container. I will also add a bear proof locking device.

The look and size is just as it mentioned, the wood is a little thin and light so we will see how it holds up in the weather. I am putting on some poly to protect it though so hopefully that helps to support it's life.

I had a wonderful experienced and I LOVE my new trash can. I added castors to the bottom so that I can roll it around the kitchen as needed. I also added rubber bumpers to the back side, because after having added castors, bumping into the wall because an issue. Thanks so much for a wonderful product!
